Bad Credit or even Worse no Credit!

Don't worry we don't need your credit right away.  Our job is to fix your credit so that you can own your home.

We don't care what happened before - your history is not your future - we believe that - The banks however are ALL about your history.  So we help you create a new history to show to the banks.

Here's the steps

Go to your mortgage broker.  Find out how many years it will take to fix your credit.

You provide a sizable down payment at the start of the plan

We will show our deposit records to the bank to show that you are responsible person

You will make monthly payments that are about 30% higher than a normal rent payment - to prove to the bank you can make a real mortgage payment.

We will record these payments and present a report to the banks that show we have received the payments on time.

We will set aside a portion of your "rent" and create a down payment savings plan for you.  This will be your Down Payment when you buy the house

At the end of the plan we go to the Bank with your fixed credit, a down payment and great credit history - and we get you a mortgage and you own your own
